- Indian Visitors: Book at least 30 days before your travel date.
- International Visitors: Book 90–120 days in advance to secure your preferred safari zone and timing.
Our experienced team assists you throughout the booking process, making your Kanha safari planning quick and stress-free.
Jeep Safari During the Monsoon Season
Kanha National Park remains one of the most beautiful wildlife destinations during the monsoon. While the core zones remain closed during the rainy season, visitors can still enjoy jeep safaris in the designated buffer zones, including:
- Khatia
- Khapa
- Sijora
- Rukhad
The monsoon transforms the forest into a lush green paradise with fresh landscapes, active wildlife, and fewer tourists, creating a peaceful safari experience.
All safaris are conducted under the supervision of the Forest Department, and visitor safety remains the highest priority. In case of heavy rainfall or operational changes, visitors are informed immediately.
If you prefer a quieter safari surrounded by vibrant greenery, the Kanha Monsoon Safari is an excellent choice.

Tips for a Memorable Safari Experience
Dress Comfortably
Wear comfortable clothing in earthy or neutral colours such as green, brown, or beige. Bright colours should be avoided as they may disturb wildlife.
Carry Essential Items
We recommend carrying:
- Binoculars
- Camera with a zoom lens
- Sunscreen
- Insect repellent
- Drinking water
- Hat or cap
Please keep your camera on silent mode whenever possible.
Follow Park Guidelines
Always follow the instructions given by your guide and Forest Department officials. Park rules are designed to protect both wildlife and visitors.
Health & Safety
If you have any medical condition or require special assistance, inform your safari operator before the safari begins.
Respect Wildlife
Maintain a safe distance from animals, remain seated inside the vehicle, avoid making loud noises, and never feed or disturb wildlife. Patience and silence often provide the best wildlife sightings.
